I need business cards right away!
No business cards? Yikes. I don’t like that but I have recently moved locations and need to update my marketing material including my business cards, stationery, promotional material, and everything else I have with my business name and contact information. I definitely have to get in touch with Vistaprint and order some up to date marketing material right away.
When I first started Lorac Virtual Solutions I ordered my business cards from Vistaprint. They made an impression of me with their quick turnaround time from when I placed my order and when it was delivered to my door. It was very quick.
Their prices are amazingly realistic. In fact no one could compete with them which suited me just fine since I was and still am on a tight budget. They also included free magnets with my business logo, name and information on them. I was impressed.
Problem with card stock
My only issue that I had was I ordered the low grade paper stock for my business cards and regretted it because they did not look as good as I wanted. However, when I contacted Vistaprint they immediately gave me a full refund (less shipping). There were no arguments or problems and their customer service was excellent. Their customer service department contacted me right away and helped fix my problem without any further discussion. I liked that.
